As you float between red sandstone walls rising high above you, look ahead of and notice how the same canyon walls become narrower and narrower. Along the way, your tour boat captain will inform you about how Glen Canyon and the surrounding landscape was formed, and how the introduction of Lake Powell made it even more accessible than it was in its natural state.
